Even the most cynical property investor, at least those who follows forecasts, must breathe a heavy sigh when they hear yet another report about doom and gloom around the corner in the UK property market.

Let's face it, we've had a few. And we at Property Secrets have spent as many column centimetres talking about predictions of doomsday scenarios as any other subject.

But, David Miles is not someone we can ignore, so here we go again. And, forgive us, please, if - as Neil Lewis in his forum posting suggested - it's all a bit of a yawn! Why? Because we've said it all before, over and over.
