Latest data published in the Economist shows that Poland's Q1 economy grew at a staggering 7.4%. This is much higher than forecast. Recently forecasts have anticipated annual growth of between 5 and 6%. If this quarter's performance is repeated, then the forecasts are going to fall a long way short and Poland will be performing a lot better than anyone expected. This fits along side our experience of the rapid property boom moving to 2nd and now 3rd tier cities as well as moving to new districts in the larger cities (such as Praga in Warsaw).
