Part 2: Prague to Wroclaw - how small changes make a big difference for Property Investors

The next day, we (Oli Watts and I) returned to Prague from Wroclaw but decided on a different route!

This time, we wanted to check out Hyundai's new European HQ location - just to the South East of the city of Ostrava and outside Frydek Mistek.

Ostrava, for those who don't yet know it, is shoved up against the Polish border in the far East of the country. As a result, Katowice at just 50 km away is a short distance away to the North. To the South you have Brno (less than 100 kms) - with its electrical engineering skills and expertise and not much further South (and also slightly East) you have Trnava and Zilina (50kms) - Slovakia's two big car plant / assembly lines.
