What is the Intrinsic Property Value framework and how does it work?
The Visium Group proprietary investment analysis framework 'Intrinsic Property Value' (IPV) is NOT a magic formula to calculate the price of a property. But it can be used to identify markets and properties where the wild oscillations of market prices swing below the property's long-term intrinsic value.
Intrinsic Property Value, (IPV), is a measure of:
(Growth in Population) x (Growth in Employment) x (Growth in Disposable Income) x (Growth in Lending) / (Growth in relevant supply)
