If double digit property price growth figures amount to a property price boom in the UK market - and the latest data from Rightmove accurately reflects the market - then we are indeed experiencing something of a boom.
But before we get too excited, there are some provisos we need to point out. But more of that in a moment.

The average property asking price this month (July), acording to their data, is £217,580 - that's a 2.9% rise on the month and a
10.6%
rise on the same month last year.
