I think for some people the reasons for investing in the UK market are very clear - but a lot of investors are going to say: Why are we looking to do a deal in the UK now - why not, say, 18 months ago?

There are two reasons really.

First, we know from the feedback we receive that our members very much want us to be active in the UK market.

They see the long-term reasons for getting into the UK - all of which we fully understand and agree with, AND we've been espousing for years, of course.
