Mariola Gronou is quite simply one of the most experienced and best-informed property experts working for us in Poland.
She has personally built a respectable sized portfolio in Eastern Europe to add to her UK holdings, and thus approaches every potential deal with an innate understanding of the issues involved.
Mariola visits every deal personally, and explores the wider geographical area to fully understand how the development fits into the bigger context.
