In fact, they were voted as the worst performers in the home buying / selling process for the third consecutive year.

Comparing how lawyers, surveyors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders perform in the house buying process, home buyers and sellers voted lawyers as the least impressive.

Top were surveyors (for the third year in a row), followed by estate agents (who came second for the second year in a row), then mortgage lenders and finally lawyers in fourth and last place.
