There is often talk about property in the Thames Valley and the South East outperforming other regions in the UK, writes Hamish Paterson.
But exactly what constitutes the Thames Valley region and the South East is not always made clear.
Neither are the reasons for its success over other areas.
The first question is easy to answer.
The Thames Valley region incorporates South Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Swindon and East Wiltshire and North Hampshire along the M3 corridor - as defined by the CBI.
