Bulgaria property investment: Record FDI inflow boosts economy and drives the property market

In 2007, Bulgaria attracted a record volume of foreign direct investments.
The government is undoubtedly very pro-active in encouraging foreign investors to invest in the country. The estimates are that in 2008, the FDI inflow will be as much as 10% higher.
