Times are tough in the property industry. America was buoyed last week by the news that the fall in house prices had slowed down.

Even closer to home the construction industry and house prices are continuously receiving bad press.

However amongst all this doom and gloom I have just been faced with a resounding vote of confidence in the Sofia market from several property management experts during my visit last week.

It is the first time that the rather non-conclusive word 'static' has NOT been used. Even when I tried to force them to join the crowd and use the word they refused.
