Like everyone else, I've been reading the latest predictions of a property price crash from the clever economists.

I know we've all read them many times before and they've been wrong. But a stuck clock is right twice a day and all that. I'm no economist, so it always sends a little shiver down my spine when I read these predictions.

At first, that is.

And then I simply remember that, to me, the kind of correction they're talking about makes not the slightest bit of difference.
