I've been pretty busy over the last month looking at various deals. I still see central and eastern Europe as THE property investment hot spot.

There is just so much going on.

What I've found, though, is that in these markets you really do have to be ultra cautious. Know who you're dealing with and make sure you know exactly what you're doing. Most of these markets are not for the ill-informed.

Anyway, like I said last time, this month I plan to give you my snapshot take on the Baltic states.

There's been a lot of talk about the Baltics as a place to invest. And I've heard a lot of arguments for and against each market.

But I've just come back from there and I've been able to form my own view. And, actually, it might surprise you a little. It did me!
