The Polish government has announced a plan to create 12 metropolitan areas concentrated around the major cities.

The concept is a part of administrative reform aiming at further de-centralisation, but what's more important it would be created to help release the potential of Polish cities.

So, where will the super cities will be located and what is their importance?
