The Eire property price revolution is now, it seems, being mirrored north of the border (what border there still is) in Northern Ireland.
Double-digit figures are consistently making headlines, and it's not just Belfast that's on a roll.
Data from the Nationwide shows Northern Ireland property rose by a province-wide average of 25% in the last 12 months. The Council of Mortgage Lenders' figures show property prices throughout the province were up by an annualised 30% in the first quarter of this year, the average property price now being £153,457.
That gives it the fastest growing property prices in the UK by some considerable margin.
The average property in Belfast now costs £193,180, and prices in the city are now an average 20% higher than in the rest of the province. And sales are strong.
