First Time Buyer Makes £9000 Renovation Profit in 4 Months

When personal assistant, Julia Dickinson, inherited a sum of money from her grandmother, she decided to invest in her first property.
She bought wisely, renovated quickly and has made a profit of £9,000 for four months work, despite never having so much as lifted a screwdriver before.
Here's how she did it.
Julia had been living in Hertfordshire with her parents and commuted daily into London.
Ideally, she would have liked to have moved closer to work but her total budget of £13,000 had to cover everything from deposit and mortgage repayments, to renovation and legal costs.
