As we know, a few years back, many property investors moved away from the capital in search of far better yields - further north, in particular.

But there are strong signs ... as we mentioned in the last newsletter ... that this is a market that is about to pick up big time, in fact there are plenty of signs that it already has.

And, if you’re looking at a balanced property portfolio, over the long-term, it would not be complete without the ballast that a London property provides.

What happens in this market tends to ripple outwards to the rest of the country.  So, not only is it a great addition to a portfolio, it’s also a market that is well worth keeping a careful eye on.
