News just in from our sources in the Czech Republic.
Czech police will now accept a signed reservation contract as a satisfactory residential address in the country and sufficient to issue an EU permit. This means that the need for a separate address supplied by an agency is no longer necessary and represents a big saving. The cost of obtaining an EU card, which is all that is needed to buy property in the Czech Republic, is now CZK 13,000.
