I've just returned from my second trip to Germany and I am the first to admit that this is a country with serious economic problems.And yet, beyond the economic mess, I'm increasingly convinced that Germany represents an exceptional investment opportunity -an opportunity that reminds me of London shortly before the 90s property boom.
