The PS Community Forum has been busy recently with people debating where Below Market Price (BMP) properties might be found.

Some believe there aren't any at all or think those that seem to be BMP are still overpriced; while others reckon there are lots of distressed properties out there worth buying, if only they knew where they were located.

Here are a few tips that might help, if you want to grab a Christmas bargain.
