Following from
my article yesterday
please let me explain my hotspot tips in more detail.
The area near lakes Kuchajda and Strkovec (marked in orange) is already an established residential area, where lot of developers are currently building new projects.
It is quite natural, as this area has already good residential qualities: lots of schools and hospitals, supermarkets and the second largest entertainment and shopping centre in Bratislava called Polus City Centre.
