Property investment has been turned upside down in the UK over the last couple of years.
We have gone from phenomenal growth, a buy-to-let boom and rapid portfolio expansion - to near stagnation in the residential housing market and wanted abandonment in the investment sector.
Buyers are thin on the ground and mortgage products are disappearing like lemmings approaching a cliff edge.
The popular media have stated the buy-to-let dream is over ... but I couldn't disagree more ... and here's why.
