Linking property price, population and claimants whats the relationship?

Here's the revealing breakdown linking/comparing property price
growth, population and the relationship with the proportion of
claimants.
What's clear is that the relationship is not straightforward and
each area needs to be looked at carefully for localised
factors.
But, there is no doubt, there does seem to be a relationship
between population growth and price increase - even in areas with
high claimant ratios.
