The regeneration of Liverpool has been well documented, but the majority of coverage in the media has focused on the city's centre.

Little has been said about the impact of the city's regeneration on
outlying areas and it is often just these areas that hold the key to making a lucrative investment.

But the time for investors to act is probably right now - because it is now that many of the schemes that will transform these areas are being approved and financed.
