We have been sourcing property leads in the UK for the last twelve months and have built up a good business model for many investors looking to purchase property directly off vendors at a heavily discounted price.
Many distressed sellers will get in touch with us through a number of websites and 0800 numbers to help them with a quick sale of their property and we pass these leads on at a flat rate to our interested buyers.
How do we operate?
We allocate a postal area for every investor looking to purchase leads so that they can negotiate a deal with the vendor direct. Every lead in their postal area that comes through to us, regardless of discount, house price, condition & criteria will be passed on at £30 plus VAT.
All leads are pre-qualified and only non-contactable leads will be refunded.
How many postal areas can I have?
You can have as many as you like! but with over 50% of the country already covered by investors, you will have to act quickly to get where you want! Obviously, the more areas you can cover, the more leads you will get, and the more money you will earn from them.
What areas are available?
We have a number of areas available, it is easier to ask for specific(s), but in areas that have already been allocated, we are looking for reserves who are willing to take on leads that are available due to either large demand or investor holidays.
