The web is getting more important by the day for marketing properties available for letting.
If you go down the high street to find a letting agent to market your property, one of the first things you must ask today is which portal are they linked to.
And with good reason because tenants are increasingly using the net to save on shoe leather when they look for a property to rent.
In fact, it is thought that around 70% of tenants now restrict their search entirely to the internet.
