The Mortgage Assistance Service uses those relationships to:

• Relay client feedback to further improve both service levels and availability of products
• Speed up the application process
• Increase successful mortgage applications

For Existing Property Secrets Investors

i-PropertyAssets will soon begin to issue automated emails, telling you when you need to begin arranging finance for your investments.

Typically this will be three to six months before your first major payment is due, giving you ample time to progress through the mortgage application process and ensuring you aren't left surprised by requests for payment.

These emails will contain full contact details of our recommended finance partners with whom we can assist you in obtaining your mortgage in an as hassle free and timely manner as possible.

In addition, if you are finding the level of communication between yourself and your finance provider less than satisfactory, you can contact i-PropertyAssets, who will work with the partner to improve things.

In fact, any feedback you give to the i-PropertyAssets team will be fed back to our partners with the aim of continually improving their levels of service.

Property Secrets takes a small commission from every mortgage completed through our selected partners - a commission those partners are unwilling to discount from the cost of the mortgage itself, but can pay to us for the clients we supply - and it's that commission that pays for the Mortgage Assistance Service, meaning we won't charge you a penny for this valuable service.

You don't even have to be an i-PropertyAssets customer - all you need to have done to take advantage of the Mortgage Assistance Service is to have invested through Property Secrets and applied for your mortgage through one of our selected partners (as featured in the Investment Reports for each of our investment opportunities).
