Yes, this is really a very simple deal indeed. There are a number of excellent points that attracted me to it and make it, in my opinion, outstanding.
The number one factor is the location, in two senses.
Not only is this Poznan, which I think is a city with superb property price growth potential, but it's also a place where that growth hasn't really started to accelerate as I know it will.
