Mariola and Max Gronau are a married couple who have spent the last three years working full time in the property investment business, much of it travelling in Poland and researching the market there.
Mariola is Polish and so she, in particular, is able to apply an innate understanding of the market - to go behind the cold statistics and understand the bigger trends that drive it.
The couple have independently built a substantial portfolio in the CEE markets, which they manage in addition to their holdings in the UK.
