Just back from Poland, where I've found what has to be one the best deals I've so far come up with. In short, for me, it's got it all. Let me give you a heads up because we'll be going out with this deal in the next few days.
Certainly, it's a very different animal to, say, the deal I did in Latvia. It's simply not as exciting in terms of accelerated capital growth.
But it has one of the features I like the most - ultra-low risk!
The reason is simple - Warsaw offers a far more stable environment for property investment.
What the market in Warsaw lacks in terms of the fizz and energy of the market in Riga, say, it more than makes up for with steady, dependable growth over the long term - around 10% to 15% a year, I'd say.
I keep saying, I don't have a crystal ball, and I don't. But planning and hard graft to find a great investment deal are often almost as good as being able to predict the future.
