Polish Property Prices Increase

According to Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors data, in October 2010 apartment prices have increased in all big polish cities (beside Gdańsk). The biggest monthly apartment price increase was recorded in Katowice - 1.2% and this brings the average apartment price up to EUR 1,136 per sqm. The other cities in October saw more moderate changes from 0.2% drop in Gdańsk to 0.9 % increase in Łódź.

During the last 12 months the price of apartments has dropped by 2.2% in Warsaw and 1,7 % in Gdańsk and have raised by 3.2% in Cracow, 5.0% in Poznań, 5.5% in Katowice and 5.1% in Łódź.
From the highest apartment price level and until October 2010, apartment prices drop from 9.5% in Warsaw to even 20.6% in Łódź.
