The property market in Warsaw has been talked about a lot recently with some commentators suggesting prices have peaked and the days of high capital growth are over.

In the past number of months, we have seen a pick up in the rental market as capital growth starts to stabilise.

But latest house price data in Warsaw indicates capital growth is still currently running at up to 20% in the city, depending on the area.

We asked Property Secrets Investment Director, Richard Davies, an expert on the Warsaw market to explain what is really happening - and what he forecasts...
