The beginning of the New Year is a good time to summarise what we have done and what we have achieved in terms of the deals we have offered to investors.

We will publish performances by country and to give you a better picture of how our deals have performed, we have changed the way we update their performance.

How we measure the performance of our deals and why

For completed deals we publish current market prices, the total price as advertised as well as resale figures achieved by PS clients. By total price we mean the price including parking, storage, final finish and kitchen including VAT. We have not taken fees into account.

This way we can create a database, so our clients can see and compare the total purchase price they paid with the price that the deal is currently advertised for and can realistically be sold for - resale figures, in other words.
