In the first part of PS Deal Performance Update we presented our Polish deals. Today we're moving into Czech cities - to Prague and Brno to find out how our investments in those cities have done in terms of capital growth, rentals and resale.

As we said in part 1, we have changed the way of presenting the performance of completed deals. Instead of having the price per sqm, we are publishing the total price including parking, storage and kitchen with VAT.
We have not taken fees into account.
