Redevelopment of brownfield sites in Prague creates superb long term growth opportunities for property investors

Prague 9, is the latest brownfield site in Prague, which is about to undergo a major transformation.
The local council has just announced a seven year regeneration strategy for the district, which is the largest brownfield site in Prague.
The plan includes 10,000 new apartments, which will create homes for an estimated 17,000 people. There will also be a total of 11,000 new jobs from new office and shopping centres.
Prague City Planning has now confirmed its blueprint for the district, which will see it transformed into a modern city centre to cater for the whole of East Prague.
