Road to prosperity - Poland's German / Ukraine gateway is set to boom

Property prices are set to boom in Rzeszów as it prepares to become a new gateway linking Poland with the Ukraine and Slovakia.
Already property prices in this large industrial city in South East Poland have jumped by 30% in 2006 but this is just the start of its growth curve.
Prices are still as low as PLN 4,500 psm and we predict there are still another two years of huge growth at around 30% a year.
This is because of a number of key factors, such as the amount of huge investment coming into the area, local demographics where supply outstrips demand and low property prices.
