Should I sell my Central European City Property?

This is a question we are being asked by many of our clients.

In response the answer is generally 'no' but there are some reasons why a client may choose to sell.

The most obvious is that you should sell if you have lost the ability to raise finance on your property

But the deeper question is 'has the CEE property market run its course?' The answer to this is a clear 'no.'
