Silesian city Gliwice steps onto investor stage

The Silesian Voivodeship has already begun to register on our radar - Property Secrets recently offered an opportunity in Katowice, the capital of the area, for example - and we've been keeping a close eye on it ever since.
News reached us recently that the city of Gliwice, close to Katowice, is about to receive its first new residential development, piquing our interest in it.
So what does Gliwice have to offer?
History
Situated over the Kłodnica River, about 20 km to the west from Katowice. It has an area of 134.2 km².
