Sofia property investment - Latest research shows capital growth AND rents are on the rise

High capital growth only rarely occurs along with strong rentals in any property market.
Our experience from Polish cities shows us that only when property prices become widely unaffordable level and many would-be buyers are forced to rent, do rents start to rise strongly because of demand. This, of course, has a counter affect on capital growth rates.
We've been closely monitoring rentals in Sofia since we started offering deals in the Bulgarian capital and our research shows that even though Sofia is following the same pattern of development and is at the beginning of the emerging stage property market stage, the rental market is getting significantly stronger.
