A bad photo simply deters potential viewings and reduces those all-important cost-effective opportunities to- let or sell quickly.

First-contact

Potential buyers or tenants will first set eyes on your property in an estate agent's office, a local newspaper or on a web page. Even if the specification for location, price, size and type of dwelling all meet their criteria, they will spend only five seconds or so glancing at the accompanying photograph and make an immediate decision whether the property is of interest.
