Peter's clients deal mainly in the London property market - and they range from first time private investors through to investors involved in large commercial property deals, worth more than £100 million.

London Eye's Hamish Paterson talked to him to find out his views about the London market and what's happening more generally in the world of property finance.

So Peter, why invest in London?

Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, London works differently to other markets - it is playing on a world stage, not just a national one - and has huge potential because of this.

It's not only London, the capital of England, it's the capital of the UK and can also be considered Europe's capital.
