UK Property Investment: 20,000 landlords can't be wrong!

Two major landlord associations have announced they intend to merge, creating the biggest single representative body for landlords in the UK.
This important development will mean 20,000 private sector landlords will have a single voice, which they can employ to lobby Government on matters that significantly affect them in their day-to-day operations ... and with such a strong voice, Government will have to listen.
The National Landlords Association (NLA) and the National Federation of Residential Landlords (NFRL) conducted research amongst their respective members, who reported back saying there was a need for a unified organisation that would more effectively represent their views. After months of negotiation, the resolve to merge was announced.
