The change of government often cause the alteration of approach to real estate problems and Civic Platform is expected to finally address the needs and fulfill the hopes of Polish real estate players, which is believed to effect in a higher demand on the Polish residential market.
The recent elections has been a huge blow to Law and Justice as their biggest political rivals distinctively gathered the biggest support.
The statistics indicate that this result is mainly due to young people and emigrants who united against the current government and voted in great numbers for Civic Platform in an apparent seek for a change.
