There are many important aspects of buy to let property investment, and many of these have to be adapted slightly - fine tuned - for CEE markets. But what is the most important consideration?
Originally, I thought it may be down to price but this appears to be important to only a small crowd of investors. When I say price, I'm talking about entry level and affordability.
If PS were to introduce a low cost deal with units priced at £25,000 in Warsaw, say, this would understandably sell out. But so would a deal at £125,000 in Warsaw, proving price isn't the major and deciding factor.
A similar aspect to price is payment terms.
