At September's Homebuyers' show London we were asked by a number of people about our views on the Argentinian property market. So, here are some of the facts...

There was an increase in the number of companies marketing properties in South America - Argentina and Brazil in particular.

The economy of Argentina has been performing very well since 2002 with growth of above 8% recorded annually since the economy started to recover after the economic crisis in 2001.

The rise in global commodity prices has boosted the economy - in particular the agricultural sector - and tourist numbers were up around 40% since last year.
