It would be good, wouldn’t it, if we could identify the fastest growing areas in the UK – even in Europe – say going forward for the next ten years?

They’d be obvious candidates for great property capital growth and therefore investment.

Well, Experian, the global economic forecasting group, has come up with some interesting conclusions about just these places.

They also make some interesting forecasts about how the UK economy will develop as a whole.  It makes interesting reading for the property investor.

'Although the UK economy will continue to be one of the most successful in Europe it is also the most regionally divided between north and south,’ commented Rebecca Snow, senior economist at Experian’s Business Strategies division.
