Two absolutely key reasons why Wroclaw is poised for excellent future growth - a brand new multi-million pound airport expansion AND Ryanair seems certain to make the city its main base in Eastern and Central Europe.

First, two facts every property investor should be aware of:

1. New airports or big expansion plans for airports create lots of jobs and lots of demand for housing.
   
2. Budget airlines - especially the big players, and Ryanair is the biggest - quite literally put locations on the map when they choose to fly there. When they choose a location to create a hub for their operations, the impact is magnified tenfold.
