That's why we have come up with a new concept in property investment that we've called "Assured Exit Property Investment" (AEPI).

We recently selected 10 volunteers for a Focus Group to discuss the principles of this new investment strategy and the actual hard numbers in more detail. You can review the questions, issues and outcomes of the Focus Group at the AEPI blog.
