i-PropertyAssets will soon begin to issue automated emails, telling you when you need to begin arranging finance for your investments. Typically this will be three to six months before your first major payment is due, giving you ample time to progress through the mortgage application process and ensuring you aren't left surprised by requests for payment.

Vital to improving the service levels - and developing the products available to you - our finance partners provide is the feedback we can obtain from you, which we will use, along with the weight of our business relationship with them, to push for more and more improvements to their service, including communication, speed of turnaround and, ultimately, number of successful applications processed.

Both Property Secrets and i-PropertyAssets will continue to develop the relationships with our partners in all markets, and we'll be asking those partners for the latest information and products they have, communicating them to you so you have all the information you need to help you get through the application process as smoothly as possible.
