i been looking into defferent countries and there are risks in details while there are also good sign of great gains. countries like Morocco, Vietnam, Brasil, India,Bahrain,Malaysia and even Caribbean.
since PS is doing technically well and offering a safe trip investment to the investors, i think they should start to increase thier offers in terms of variety.
when surfing in forums, there are plenty of investors who are active professionally in other markets and interested parties as well. and they are all making profits!
serial investment in several countries based on right price, location and time and etc..could make a great profits and reduce the risk (eggs and basket story)IF you have a good consultant beside.
my other suggestion is why we dont make team work investments (partners groups) to purchase a block, or even units in defferent markets officially trough PS. there are many investors interested in such a game of dividing risks and sharing profit, while increasing the potential. IF there is a good legal support.
so, in both above ideas PS can play a great role.
